1950’s era Soviet Union Naval Vice Admiral’s summer uniform jacket & cap. Dark blue cotton jacket, with two flap breast pockets, high hooked collar, looped/tied bullion shoulder boards – showing Vice Admiral rank, taped rank to sleeves, senior officers buttons to cuffs & front, ribbons bars showing WW2 awards Order of the Red Banner (2), Order of Patriotic War, Order of Red Star (2), Medal for Combat Service as well as campaign medals. Silk lined (service worn). Shoulder width 44cm & Arm Inseam 43cm. Comes with summer topped naval Admiral’s cap, which features a black leather peak, with gilt leaves decoration & with central naval cap badge. Retains chin strap, leather sweatband (frayed from use) and interior white cotton top. Size approx. 57.
