Offered is a 1944 dated Christmas Gift Cigarette Case as given to men of the 23rd SS Panzer Regiment ‘Norge’. Lacquered walnut case, with white metal SS runes and large white metal rectangle below. Hanged top lid showing use and minor scratches and chips to hinge. Inside case shows black ink stamp of the gift at Christmas 1944 with unit attribution. 4 cornered walls & base and generally very good condition. Measures 92mm x 120mm.
