MODEL 1889 WW1 GERMAN INFANTRY OFFICERS UNIFORM SWORD & SCABBARD

WW1 era German Army 1889 Pattern Infantry Officer’s sword & scabbard. Wartime made example, with brown painted steel pommel, branched guard & imperial eagle folding langet. Black composite grip, with wire wrap & royal cypher badge to centre. Near mint 75cm long, straight steel blade, showing double groove to 4/5 length. Repainted black enamel steel scabbard, with suspension ring. Overall length: 95cm.
