This badge is silver frosted white metal (only minimal silver wash remains), 1 piece die struck rising sun ‘hat’ badge. Maker stamped to reverse K G LUKE MELB, measures 45mm x 62mm. White metal loops to rear, with brass cotter pin. Have never come across a white version of this immediate post WW2 type badge.
