Description

Offered is a 1st type Russian Army AK-47 sidearm bayonet with scabbard.

Features blued steel fittings, showing ‘hooked’ head pommel, with working release catch, with bayonet slot with screw in bakelite grips, with the blued metal guard, numbered 0 3205. The 20.3 cm long coated steel blade shows the ‘blood groove’ to the centre of each side of the blade and retains the majority of the original coated protective finish. Standard factory sharpened blade with light use and runner marks as shown. Standard original blued metal scabbard, with canvas retaining/belt strap. Overall length: 32.3cm long. Type manufactured by the Izhevsk Arsenal.
