Offered is an original North Vietnamese ‘Battle of Junction City’ banner NVA and Viet Cong flag.

Features a red cotton base, with embroidered details in Vietnamese, stating ‘infantry group of the Tay Ninh Province/Unit citation for outstanding victory, round two/Unit commanding officers' group/The People's Liberation Front of Southern Vietnam’. Sewn central details of male and female NVA and Viet Cong soldiers, with 15.4.1967 US AM JUNCTION CITY with a crashing plane and smashed city. Retains looped fringe, light wear and use, with a couple of small holes. Measures 110cm x 75cm. Flag relates to the battle for Junction City, in which the North Vietnamese and US forces fought a series of battles for control of the city in 1967.
