Offered is an of Australian Army 28th Battalion small colour patch. This is the type worn on the WW2 unifrom, to signify their WW1 service in a unit, whilst serving in a WW2 unit. This was worn above the normal sized WW2 colour patch. Rare to see these. The actual diamond measures 34mm wide, sewn onto a light grey backing.
