Offered is a original Australian WW1 Soldiers Pay Book to 10849 Sapper Edward Leslie Reeves. 3rd Australian Divisional Signals Coy. Comes with copies of his service papers. Edward Leslie Reeves was born near Smiths Mill, Western Australia in 1894. He worked on the railways prior to enlisting and was serving with the 84th Infantry Goldfields Regiment as a signaller. He enlisted on the 29/11/1915 and departed Australia 25/5/1916 and returned 1/6/1919. WW1 Soldiers pay books are not commonly found.
