WW2 ROYAL AUSTRALIAN BRITISH AIR FORCE UNIFORM E TYPE FLYING CAP RAAF

Description

Offered is an original WW2 Tropical RAF Royal Air Force Type E Flying Helmet. Features tan aertex cloth in excellent condition showing light use and soiling only, sizing to light to read but is a 6 1/2 TO 7. Stamped Air Ministry rubber earpieces are in very good flexible condition and the interior of the helmet/inner chamois donuts is equally good. The Air Ministry saerial numbers are still well presented 10A/13466. The chinstrap retains good colour and elasticity and the press stud poppers have virtually all of the original brown coating. Wired with a light brown coloured loom and black cased jackplug.
