Offered is an original Africa General Service Medal 1902-56 to Private Katona, 2nd Battalion, King’s African Rifles.

ED. VII medal with 3 clasps, SOMALILAND 1902-04, JIDBALI & NYASALAND 1915. Impressed named 1181 PTE KATONA 2nd K.A.RIF. Polished faces, bars generally very good. Good, scarce 3 bar combination.

Comes with copy of medal rolls. Note: the roll for NYASALAND 1915 shows a Pte Katona serving with the 1st battalion.
