ON HOLD Offered is a rare maker, extremely good example of a Nazi Germany S.A. Model 1933 1st pattern, enlisted man’s dagger with scabbard. Features mid brown wood grip, showing little wear, retaining both nickel eagle and roundel, both of which sit firmly in the grip. Cross guards are correct nickel type, with Gau stamp ‘S’ (Schlesien). The very clean, Solingen maker marked blade measures 22 cm with a clear etched motto “Alles fur Deutschland” (All for Germany). Blade is period unsharpened to both edges, with only runner mark light wear overall to a near mint blade. 2nd pattern scabbard...
