RARE WW2 GERMAN FIREMANS DAGGER PARADE KNIFE BY CARL EICKHORN SOLINGEN SWORD

Offered is a rare WW2 era German firemans bayonet, with scabbard & frog by Carl Eickhorn of Solingen. Features nickel “S” guard and birds-head pommel, black hatched composite grips secured with steel pins. The 25cm long plated steel blade is in very good condition & shows the Carl Eickhorn makers logo. The blade is non sharpened with a good finish to surface & normal handling scratches, leather buffer pad present. Rolled steel scabbard is undented with majority of black dress paint to body. Bayonet complete with original walking out black leather frog showing only light wear around scabbard stud. Overall...

A good used example of a WW2 German fire department dress bayonet, as used for parade purposes or worn as part of your dress uniform when on duty. The firemans dagger was the only WW2 dagger that did not have a swastika on it.
