US JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF GENERAL OFFICER BADGE MEDAL

Original full sized United States Defence Forces (Army, Navy/USMC & Air Force) Joint Chief's of Staff Officer's breast badge. This very special badge is awarded to US Defence Force Officer's who are assigned to the US Joint Cheif's of Staff. The badge is worn on the service uniform (see pictures below), and measures 53mm x 57mm and features a burnished silver wreath with enamel worked to central shield, held upon lightly gilded swords & streamers. A US Government maker mark of V-21 N is stamped to reverse, which is an officially licensed maker of this badge. The rear of the badge has a three pronged attatchment with clutch back plugs.
