WW2 GERMAN NAVY COASTAL ARTILLERY TYPE ENLISTED UNIFORM SIDE CAP WITH MOUNTAIN TROOPER’S QUALIFICATION BADGE

Offered is a very nice, large size, WW2 German Navy coastal artillery enlisted side cap. Features ribbed filed grey wool body, approx size 59, showing Bevo woven eagle and cockade, being seperate badges sewn to front, with gilt finished centre, aluminium Edelweiss badge, sewn to left hand side, with some light exterior stain spots either side of the bade. The interior shows a good light purple silken interior, showing a good amount of light use. A nice piece, especially with the addition of the mountain qualification badge, perhaps denoting the wearer being a member of the navy defence team in Norway, where there were a number of 'West Wall' emplacements.
