VINTAGE & RARE AUSTRALIAN ARMY ANZAC WW2 UNIFORM STEEL HELMET DATED 1940

WW2 era Australian uniform steel helmet.
Steel shell, being painted in olive drab enamel, with period applied rough sand texture, showing some loss and wear overall. Liner shows light some wear, but is in good condition, retaining canvas chinstrap and 1940 dated chinstrap buckle. Has been used/worn as shown, with one side showing surface rust patch, but would make a great display piece.
