WW2 JAPANESE ARMY ARISAKA BAYONET & SCABBARD BY NAGOYA ARSENAL

Description

Offered is a WW2 era numbered Japanese Arisaka bayonet with scabbard.

Bayonet features age toned fittings overall, with worn 4374 stamped pommel with working external release button, screw in worn wooden grips and metal guard/quillon & muzzle ring. The 40 cm long steel blade shows the ‘blood groove’ to each side of the blade, with some field sharpening & wear. With generally good tip point edge, the blade being in generally good condition overall. Ricasso stamped for Nagoya Arsenal. Standard metal scabbard with one service dent, but generally very good. Overall a very good bayonet, with a good condition blade. Please view all photos before bidding.
