Offered is Royal Naval Temperance Society Victory Medal. Solid silver medal, measuring 29mm wide, depicting a masted sailing ship, the reverse stating ‘INSTITUTED ON BOARD HMS REINDEER JULY 1868’, with dark blue ribbon and enamel pin brooch with the wording ‘THE VICTORY MEDAL’. A lovely old time temperance piece from a bygonne era.
