Warrant Officer Class 1 Henry Herbert Goodrham was born in1905 at Southwark, London. The 1939 census records him working as a bank clerk in London. His records are still held by the Ministry of Defence and are available on application. What is known is that he was probably a pre war territorial and served in Italy. Post war he was awarded the B.E.M with his rank as Staff Sergeant with the Royal Army Ordinance Corps and the by the time of earning his TEM, he had been promoted to Warrant Officer Class 1.

He died in London in 1968.
