1950’S ERA BRITISH ARMY UNIFORM PEAKED CAP ROYAL ARTILLERY OFFICER POST WW2

Description

Offered is an original 1950’s era British Army Artillery officer’s uniform peaked cap. Khaki wool outer body, showing some wear, marks and moths nips, good shape overall, with tan leather chinstrap, GS service buttons, officer’s type QC, gilt finished cap badge, with spinning wheel. Interior shows wear, with period removed sweatband and tailors stamp for Herbert Johnson to sweat stained inner silk lining. Good, well worn piece.
