*Items are accurately described & photographed. The entire listing makes up the condition of the item, including photographs, so please read the description and carefully view the photographs before purchasing. 

*JB Military Antiques is not responsible for any paperwork you may need to own specific products we sell in your locality (E.g. replica or deactivated firearms, knives, swords etc). We can not give legal advice to anyone in regards to these products and suggest that if you have any questions, you contact your local Police Firearms/Weapons branch. 

*Items sold by JB Military Antiques are not intended to be used outside of your private residence and frequent use and or rough play may result in damage to the item which will not be covered by return warranty under Australian Consumer law. We do not sell items intended for cosplay or to be used as toys. 

*Items are sold as historical artefacts only and JB Military Antiques have no political or ideological leanings towards any of the products sold. The publication of any information on our website in no way implies endorsement of any groups or parties associated with any specific item, the information published is purely for accurate description. 

*Any damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported as soon as possible. For damaged shipments, the original box and packaging must be kept so that proof may be provided to us and to Australia Post for the relevant action to be taken. Failure to keep the damaged packaging  after the claim will result in the claim being considered defect. Shipping fees will only be credited or refunded if there is an error on Australia Post’s part or as a direct result of our error.

*All items listed as original are guaranteed authentic unless otherwise described and come with a 90-day inspection/return period.
