Offered is an original Model 1916 German steel helmet shell with partial liner.

Very good steel shell (vents would indicate sized 64), retaining majority of the original mid green paint finish, with majority outer paint remains, with some scratches & wear.

Interior retaining both chinstrap metal suspenders & factory stamp period painted over. There are the remains of the liner pads on the liner band, as shown.

Overall, a very good condition helmet shell with partial liner.
