Offered is a British General Service Medal (G.VI.), 1 clasp MALAYA, impressed named 211375133 RFN. KAZIMAN LIMBU 10 G.R. Suspension post resoldered to obverse. The 10th Princess Mary’s Own Gurkha Rifles (10 GR). The 1st and 2nd Battalions took part in the Malayan Emergency and were involved in the Emergency from the very beginning. The regiment remained involved until the official conclusion of the Emergency in 1960. 75 men from the Regiment were killed in the conflict.
