WW1 British Pattern 1907 Bayonet – SANDERSON – Scabbard Possibly Australian 3MD

Offered is an example of one of the harder to find 1907 bayonets, made by Sanderson, this bayonet and scabbard are in good condition, with very little staining on the blade.

The 42cm blade is marked’1907′ and ‘Sanderson’ (feint), the year of manufacture has been worn away. The scabbard has a marking on the throat which may be ‘3 MD 62872’, denoting the 3rd Military District.
