WW1 era Bulgaria, Kingdom, Order of Civil Merit, 5th Class medal. Features 52mm wide multi piece central badge, showing red enamel cross, with white and gilt to white bandau, surrounded by silver finished oakleaves and green leaves. Exceptionally fine.
