Comes with a copy of the medal rolls showing entitlement. Canin served in South Africa from 22nd April 1901 until 3rd March 1902, when he was discharged. Imperial Hospital Corps medals do not often turn up for sale. The Imperial Hospital Corps were raised at Durban on the 2nd May 1900, with an establishment of 60 leaders and 640 orderlies, you could enlist for 6 months or longer and it was disbanded at Pietermaritzburg on the 30th June 1902.
