Soviet Union, Hero of Socialist Labour, Gold Star Medal, type 2, variation 2, no. 2154, issued in the late 1940s and with original ribbon mount suspension. Medal with eyelet measures 33mm high x 29mm wide. A very rare award with 15.25 grams of 14k gold which makes up the medal without the ribbon.
