First World War Australian Light Horse Pack Saddle & spare leather mount. Good original pack saddle, with all harnesses, leather bags and supports. Maker marked to wooden frame for Heastgate and additionally marked to leather straps. Small tear to one of the corners of one of the large bags, but apart from that, good condition overall. This is an ex display piece, retaining its saddle stand and additional leather harness, also on saddle stand.
