Offered is an original 1950’s era The Burma Star Association of Western Australia parade banner flag. Green cotton base, with two sides to banner, showing hand sewn central Burma Star, with wording ‘Burma Star Association of Western Australia’. Loop holes to body, with yellow fringes. Obviously a now defunct association flag which would have once been used for parade purposes. Light wear with a couple of light stains. Measures 100cm x 250cm. This would be unique, given the relative small association.
