Cross, 97th Regiment of Foot, who died on active service during the famous Siege of Sevastopol. Crimea Medal (1854-56), with clasp SEBASTOPOL, impressed named C.C. CROSS. 97TH REGT. Comes with copy medal roll. The 97th Foot were stationed in England from May 1853.
