Offered is a great souvenir from an Australian soldier who served in East Timor, with the INTERFET force.

INTERFET (International Force East Timor) was a multinational non-United Nations peacemaking task force led by Australia, to address the humanitarian crisis in East Timor between 1999 and 2000, before UN peacekeepers arrived.

This tee shirt commemorates a concert held for the INTERFET troops in December 1999 with quite a cast of Australian performers, including John Farnham, Kylie Minogue, Gina Jeffreys etc. A hard to find item these days.

The shirt is an Australian Bonds brand, size ‘X Large’. It measures 58cm across the shoulders and is in as new condition.
