BRITISH ARMY SURVIVAL MILITARY COMBAT KNIFE & LEATHER SCABBARD 1982 UK MOD

Description

Offered is a UK MOD Military 1983 issued Combat Survival Knife & leather Sheath. The knife features a ‘Bolo’ type grip, made from brass riveted solid wooden grips, being Ministry of Defense arrow stamped and numbered, with shaped palm grip and bird head pommel, attached to the blade tang and oval shaped steel cross guard. The 18cm long phosphate carbon steel blade, features a thick wide sharpened blade edge, with tick/strong blade spine, very lightly used. The balance in the hand is excellent, with the heavy wooden grips well balanced against the thick, heavy blade. The knife comes complete with the dark brown leather sheath,broad arrow stamped and dated which retains the snap back grip holder and riveted seam assembly.
