British Infantry Coastal Watch Cutlass, Sword Hanger by Woolley, Sargant & Fairfax of Birmingham 1826 to 1834.

Features a full brass, ribbed handle, pommel and knuckle guard with flat ball quillon. The broad curved 66cm long blade, shows wide single fullers, with royal King George inspector’s stamp. Blade in generally very good condition with single nick to edge, surface has light age patina. The leather and brass scabbards in very good condition, with all original stitching present, leather showing no signs of shrinkage. Overall length: 78cm.
