East Germany army officer’s uniform service dagger & scabbard. The dagger features all chromed nickel metal parts, with pebbled pommel top, cream elastoline ribbed grip, acorn adorned guard, with button spring release. 25cm long single edge spear point straight blade, numbered 6398, which fits cleanly into the blued body metal scabbard, with throat section adorned with the DDR logo and acorn panel, with ball end chape, complete with both sets of hanger clips. The dagger in scabbard measures 39.5cm. Overall the dagger is in near mint condition.
