Enlisted 12/4/1915 Melbourne; embarked 28/6/1915 Melbourne, joined battalion at Gallipoli 30/8/1915; transferred to 1st Anzac Ammunition Park, 12/7/1916; transferred to 4th Motor Transport Company 12/3/1918; returned to Australia 11/5/1919; and discharged 29/9/1919.
