R SIGS GUR., British General Service Medal (1962), with clasp BORNEO, impressed named 21139143 SGT. RAMBAHADUR SUNWAR. GURKHA SIGNALS. Swing mounted as worn. A nice set of medals to a scarce unit – ‘Gurkha Signals’. Sergeant Sunwar would have been one of the very early member s of the Gurkha Signals when it was first formed for the Malay Emergency to support the 17th Gurkha Division.
