 K.I.A. 1944 WW2 U.S. Army Air Force uniform jacket 563rd Bomber Squadron, 8th Air Force. 4 pocket jacket, gilt officer’s buttons, US & wings badges to lapels, brass buckle & belt. Lieutenant rank bars to shoulders, U.K. made 8th A.F. patch, un-marked clutch back silver pilot wings, D.F.C., Air Medal with 3 oak leaves, E.A.T.O. with 2 stars. US Presidential Citation to right pocket. Sizes approx. 38. Named to inside pocket 39803 James Clark, dated 6/44. 1st Lieutenant James Clark flew as a B-17 bomber pilot with the 563rd Bomber Squadron and was killed over Belgium 9th November 1944. Additionally entitled to Purple Heart & 4th cluster to A.M. Research included.
