NAZI GERMANY 1ST MODEL 1933 SA/NSKK DAGGER WITH SCABBARD AND HANGER BY W.K.C.

Offered is a fine condition Nazi Germany S.A. N.S.K.K. Model 1933 1st pattern, enlisted man’s dagger. Features dark brown wood grip with faint horizontal tiger stripes, the grip fitting cross guards well, retaining both nickel eagle and roundel, both of which sit firmly in the grip. Cross guards are correct nickel type, with Gau stamp ‘S’ (Schlesien). The exceptional W.K.C. (Weyersbrug Kirschbaum & Cie, Solingen) maker marked (early logo) blade measures 22 cm with clear etched motto “Alles fur Deutschland” (All for Germany), with much of the original pebbling to motto. A couple of small age spots to reverse of blade, but should clean out – the remainder being in near mint condition. 1st pattern scabbard retains nickel throat & chape, with light crazing to black enamel finish, showing very light scratches/wear. Good early original leather hanger strap & uniform clip attached to suspension ring. A nicely preserved early WKC logo marked dagger.
