Observations: Not a very popular badge, derisively referred to as the bus driver badge or the Mary Jane badge (reference to the leaves on the badge looking much like the cannabis leaf supposedly)
Remarks: This badge was only introduced for a short time and never entered wide circulation within the department, was quickly replaced.
