A military medal awarded for gallantry and merit in Nazi Germany, bestowed to the personnel from the former Soviet Union  (Ostvolk in German, literally ‘the East people’) . Medal measures 40mm x 40mm and comes with 90mm of original ribbon. Maker marked 100 for Rudolf Wachtler & Lange of Mittweida.
