Offered is a rare inter war, Wiemar Era German Naval Officers Sword with Scabbard. Features an ornate gilded brass guard, with floral designs & central fouled anchor. Lions head pommel & etched lions mane back strap is superb, folding guard and lock move solidly with folding lock stamped with Weimar Kriegmarine “M” Eagle.The brass wire bound ivorine grip is in very fine condition. 75cm long, curved, piped backed blade shows minor dark spots from handling but is excellent unsharpened condition.
