Offered is an original 1970’s era London Metropolitan Police inspector’s uniform cap.

The cap features a dark blue cotton body, with blue & white chequered woven centre band, with (London) Metropolitan Police cap badge, black plastic chinstrap & twin blue cotton covered buttons. Patent black leather peak, with single row of toned rank bullion braid. The interior shows the clear protective cover, bcream coloured leather sweatband & size tagged 56. Very good overall condition.
