Very good condition and a failry low number issue.
The Order was established in three classes on 18 January 1974 to be awarded for accomplishments of production or innovation in industry, manufacturing, transport, construction and the like. It was discontinued with the break-up of the U.S.S.R. and the end of Communist rule in 1991. A very good example.
