Two-piece construction, in gilt metal with red and white enamels, measuring 77.8 mm x 43 mm, intact enamels, #65519 on original ribbon with pinback, accompanied by its ribbon bar, in its plastic presentation case, near extremely fine. Both still attached to a collectors card backing.
