Offered is an original poignant Mother’s badge, with 2 stars (denotes two sons in service), to a mother who lost both of her sons in the pacific at the hands of the Japanese.

Badge is numbered A42806, by G&E Rodd, 1940 dated. Retains chain & safety pin. Research on this number, showing page 397, book 13 of the mother’s badges reference relates this badge to the service of NX44385 John Samuel Pollett & NX29686 Oswald James Pollett. Both brothers died during WW2, with John Pollett, being also a Prisoner of War (see below). Service details included.
