Prewar quality, Infantry Officer’s peaked cap by Feinstes Fabrikat. Cap features a field grey wool crown that has retained its shape and is still taught, however, shows some moth nips,  white infantry piping overall is intact and in good condition. Aluminium eagle & swastika with aluminium bullion oak leaf wreath and national cockade are both in good condition and firmly in place. Bullion chin chords and side buttons are all firmly in place and in good condition. The peak is firm and in excellent condition with only light crazing. The interior silk liner shows light sweat staining, sweatband has no loose stitching and shows some sweat staining, celluloid diamond is firmly in place with no loose stitching and clearly shows makers logo. Overall this is a beautiful example of a pre-war officers cap.
