Description

Offered is an original WW1-era German Hussars ‘Musician’s’ Atilla jacket.

Features orange wool body, with 5 rows of horizontal gilt bullion braid, with brass oval securing buttons. Similar braid, in Brandenburg style to both cuffs, with single rank chevron to each sleeve, with bullion tape to bottom of cuffs and collars. Bullion rank boards to each shoulder, with ornate bullion chords & floral gilt buttons to rear skirt. Interior shows silk-lined, with striped cotton sleeve lining. Approx. size 36. Light mothing to one shoulder.
