PRE WW2 GERMAN ARTILLERY WAFFENROCK PARADE DRESS UNIFORM JACKET TUNIC 18TH ARTILLERY REGIMENT

Offered is a very good condition pre WW2 issue German Artillery junior NCO's parade jacket (Waffenrock). Issue type field-grey wool/tricot blend construction M35 dress tunic features a vertical, eight button front closure with dual metal hooks and eyes positioned at the forward neckline and a lay down, blue/green badge cloth collar. NCO quality embroidered Bevo eagle, sewn in flat silver wire, with all of the buttons also appear to have their original stitching. Award loops for one medal, this jacket showing the Czech occupation medal with Prague Castle bar, being parade mounted as worn. Sew on should straps showing rank of Unteroffizier, with removed stitiching for the 18th Artillery Rgt, reating pebbled 2nd Corps marked buttons. The collar liner buttons are present to the interior or the collar. The tunic is roughly a size 38" chest. There is some moth tracking to upper left arm & chest area, with a patch of mothing to centre right arm, with some minor mothing to scattered areas of cloth. Rear skirt and cuff facings show all buttons present, with piping and litzen to both cuffs. Interior silk lining is in very good condition, with issue numbers inked to left breast. Overall a very presentable jacket, with a nice original occupation medal, as worn and sold to us by the previous owner.
