RARE 1967 VINTAGE VIETNAM WAR AUSTRALIAN ARMY UNIFORM DENIM BATTLE DRESS JACKET

Description

Offered is an original Vietnam War era Australian Army uniform green denim battle dress blouse. Standard green denim jacket, solid shape overall, with tightening straps & buckle to waist, central zipper, showing some verdigris, similar condition cuff and pocket brass buttons, two holes to right sleeve and turn down collar. WA tailor tag and dated 1967. Measures 41cm arm inseam and 84cm waist. Height of jacket 62cm. In all my years of collecting I have never seen this design of jacket before.

As with all woollen/cotton items, unfortunately the colours don’t always turn out the best in our photos, so please know that this piece has a bottle green colour to the fabric, with no fading, even though this may show in some of the photos.
