WW1 German Iron Cross 2nd Class medal for bravery in combat. 2 piece frame with magnetic iron core, field/service details, with suspension ring marked CD 800, indicating this was manufactured by Carl Dillenius of Pforzheim, with 80% pure silver frame. Cross comes with a newly made ribbon. A good – worn example.
