German WW1 Hansceatic Cross medals, including Bremen, Hamburg & Lubeck (3). Full set of 3 medals, all in very good to excellent condition, no damage to enamel and bright silver wash finish to reverse. Good opportunity to purchase a rarely seen complete set.

Each of the three ancient Hanseatic Cities – Bremen, Hamburg and Lübeck – issued a cross of similar design in World War I, differing only in the arms on the central medallion of the face, that for Bremen being instituted on 14 September 1915.
